Keith Jones
Keith, having spent 25 years with Babcock in the Pressure Vessel & Boiler Industry in both Engineering and commercial senior positions at various locations, came to Nigeria with Babcock in 1993/4 as there Project Director on the NNPC Butanisation Project. The project consisting of 4000 tons of large Pressure Vessels fabricated in conjunction with Dorman Long and executed successfully.
On leaving Nigeria in 1994, Keith joined Natco UK Ltd for 2 years Project Managed Process Units on Statoil/Haliburton - Cystal Sea Separators, BP Andrew Glycol Regeneration package, Bluewater FPS Oil/Gas Separation Pancakes, and Texaco Captain FPSO Oil/Gas Modules.
Returning to Nigeria in 1996 where Keith has been resident ever since he spent 8 years with Robey Dorman Long, joint venture as General Manager/Director were the venture produced over 200 Pressure Vessels all Engineered through Spectrum Oil Services Limited, UK. In October 2004 he joined Nigerdock under the new ownership of Jagal, and with the management team, transformed Nigerdock to its present position as a major construction yard in West Africa.
During this period he introduced and developed the Pressure Vessels Facilities at Nigerdock utilizing Spectrum Oil Services Limited and acquired the ASME U & R Stamp accreditation within its first year (2005). Nigerdock also became the first West African Company to fabricate an ASME U Stamp Pressure Vessels followed by Stainless Steel Clad, Solid Stainless Steel and Weld Overlay Technology.
Having achieved his goal with Nigerdock, Keith decided to commence a new venture in the Project Management and Engineering Sector by formulating Spectrum Technical Services Ltd based in Nigeria and in partnership with EnergyWorks Technology Ltd.
